Angle is a capital-efficient, over-collateralized and liquid decentralized stablecoin protocol. Angle was co-founded by Pablo Veyrat and launched in 2021.
How does Angle work
Users can mint stablecoins by giving collateral assets to the protocol. Liquidity providers provide additional collateral assets and receive a part of the transaction fees and interest earned (supply-side fees).
Who governs Angle
ANGLE tokenholders own and govern the protocol. They currently take a cut of the transaction fees paid by the users and the interest earned on collateral assets (revenue). Angle’s investors include a16z, Fabric Ventures, Wintermute, etc.
